Data deletion

How to request deletion

Email pavo.platform@gmail.com from the email address associated with your PAVO account. Use the subject line “Data deletion request” and include your account identifier if you know it. We may ask you to verify identity before processing.

What gets deleted

Upon a valid request, we delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account where retention is not required by law, including profile data, tone profiles you created, workspace membership, and OAuth tokens for connected platforms. Some records may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited period before rotation. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain.

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Completion typically occurs within thirty (30) days unless a longer period is required for legal or security reasons, in which case we will inform you.

Meta data deletion callback

If you connected Facebook or Instagram through Meta, you can also remove PAVO from your Meta app settings. This page documents how to request deletion of data PAVO holds about you and satisfies Meta’s requirement to provide a data deletion callback URL for developers integrating Meta technologies.
